Shipping policy

Every shirt is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2 to 7 business days after your order is approved and submitted to our print provider. Standard shipping is estimated at 3 to 5 business days after dispatch, matching the standard shipping estimate at checkout. Together, production and standard shipping usually take 5 to 12 business days after approval; any order review time before approval is additional. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Shipping is $5.95 on orders under $70, and free on orders of $70 or more.

We ship within the United States only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated US territories can take an additional 7 to 12 business days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather, and holiday volume can extend them.

If tracking has not updated in 5 business days, email support@moodexe.com with your order number and we will chase it.

Incorrect addresses and unsuccessful delivery. Please check your shipping address before ordering. If an order cannot be delivered, email support@moodexe.com with your order number so we can review the address, tracking, and available resolution with our print provider. Depending on the cause, a replacement may require an additional shipping charge. We will confirm any charge with you before arranging it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
