Terms of service

Made to order. All mood.exe products are manufactured on demand after purchase. No inventory is held. Orders may be canceled for a full refund until production begins, but not afterward, because the item has already been made for you. Our return and refund policy forms part of these terms.

Product appearance. Product photographs and mockups are representations. Garment-dyed items vary in shade between pieces and change slightly with washing. Colors vary between screens. Garment measurements carry a manufacturing tolerance of 1.5 inches at every size. Variation within these ranges is normal and is not a defect.

Sizing. We publish size guides for both blanks we use, and they are cut differently. Size information is provided in good faith to help you choose, but the final choice of size is yours, and we do not accept returns for incorrect size selection.

Pricing and availability. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We may correct pricing errors and may decline or cancel any order, including after it has been placed, refunding you in full.

Intellectual property. The artwork, designs, text, and images on this site are owned by mood.exe or used with permission or under license from their respective rights holders. Buying a product does not transfer intellectual property rights in its design. Except as permitted by law or the applicable license, you may not copy or reproduce protected artwork for use on other products or create derivative designs without the rights holder’s permission. This does not restrict the lawful resale of a physical product you own.

Accounts and accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of the shipping address and contact details you provide at checkout.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
